It’s true, adding milk or creamer to your coffee is very bad for your body!  When used together they form a condition in the lactic juices of the stomach that does not allow for proper digestion throughout your entire system.  To reap all the health benefits of drinking your daily cup (or two, or three), make it black and enjoy!  Studies show that coffee can reduce your risk of developing colon cancer, cirrhosis of the liver, gallstones, and even diabetes!
