Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

These delicious cookies have whole wheat flour, olive oil, and dark chocolate to add lots of nutritional value to a traditional favorite!

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/3 cups natural raw sugar
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup oats (optional)
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate morsels

Combine all ingredients and bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
