    So sorry Linda, my webmaster took the link for that away, but never took the actual advertisement for it away. Here’s what you do:
    Meal 1: 3 egg whites and Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal
    Meal 2: “Gold Standard” Whey Protein shake and 1/2 – 1 cup fruit
    Meal 3: 3 oz. Chicken breast and 2 cups raw veggies with 2 T. Light Ranch Dressing
    Meal 4: Pure Protein Bar
    Meal 5: Sensible Dinner 300 calories or less
