Amanda’s Fitness is an in-home personal training service for women, by women. We come to you, and have all the equipment we might need (but of course will use yours if you have anything). We focus on research-based exercise and nutrition for safe training, and effective weight loss results. We absolutely love to train people in their homes (or the local park!), and focus a lot on nutrition to help you see the best results as quickly as possible. Our free consultation includes talking through your health and exercise history, and personal wellness goals. When you start with us, we offer complimentary fitness evaluations every 8 weeks that include body fat analysis, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness testing, etc., as well as diet tips and tricks to get you jump started to a healthier body!
